Moses was afraid and threatened in the middle of town. He promised later in the day that he would no longer be the friend of those who do evil. When he heard Jews say so, Moses stopped and anger subside. Musa remember what he did yesterday and how he asked for forgiveness and repent and promise not to be a helper those who do evil. Moses then returned and asked for forgiveness from their Lord.
